It was formerly known as "Beijing No.1 Real Estate Development and Operation Co. Ltd" ,a company found in the early 80s.
In 2006, Shanghai Tenhong Land Investment Holdings Co. Ltd. was founded.
In 2007, the company was restructured again to establish a "3-layer structure and "layer management system", and 3 regional subsidiaries in Beijing, Shanghai and Shandong.
