We have several ventures with developers in China on various housing and commercial projects. Our mission is to be the bridge between China and the USA. We bring US investors to China for development in the most dynamic real estate market. We also help Chinese investors invest in US property and projects as well as help them obtain their US green card.

From the real estate and investment side of the business, we have established and continue to establish investment relationships with many US and China partners. Our China partners include some of the most significant companies: China Steel Corporation, Beijing Tianhong Real Estate, China Energy, Mauhua Group, and Shanghai Atlantic Investment Company.

Over years of working with these partners in development, we have come to see a need and potential for a partnership with our developers to reduce costs on supply and materials used in development projects. We have also come to realize that there is good potential to help other distributors in the Chinese market find great suppply for their needs. As a result we have been slowly and steadily expanding into this area of business to import lumber and raw material product of the highest quality, from North America and other regions, into China at superb prices.
